Сер Карл Ра́ймунд По́ппер CH FRS FBA (Sir Karl Raimund Popper; 28. юлія 1902 – 17. септембра 1994) быв австрійсько-британськый філозоф, академік и соціалный коментатор. Знамый за своє неприятя класичных індуктівіштськых назорув на научный метод на хосен емпіричної опровергаємости тай за закладеня факултета філозофії при Лондонськуй школі економікы.
